These pictures are from my senior show at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. All of my final semester went into working on my dimensional children's book "Bubble, Bark, Purr." It's sad to think that you work all semester on a project and then it only gets to be displayed for 12 days or so. It was allot of fun however. I got to do what I love doing best, draw and sculpt animals!
I thought my display would be a lot more interesting when the animal models were present. All of these animals were past pets of mine that I decided would make great characters in a story.
The end result of all my hard work is 8 completed spreads for my 32 page children’s book. That’s exactly half done! I’m excited to continue with this project and see it through to the end.
